微博上有个视频讲述某国的债务问题，其中讲到目前城投债已高达65万亿元人民币，地方政府债务40万亿，如果加上中央政府的25万亿债务，总计130万亿元了！而去年财政总收入才20.5万亿，所以总债务和总收入之比是 130:25、或是 6.34:1，就是说如果在你一年收入10万元的情况下，你肩负着63.4万元的债务。
都说美国的债务非常严重，那么究竟有严重呢？目前美国联邦政府欠债高达33万亿美元，州和地方政府欠债3万亿，合计起来美国总欠债36万亿。而去年联邦、州和地方政府总收入9.5万元美元，那么美国的总债务和总收入之比约是 3.8:1，就是说在收入10万的情况下肩负38万元的债务。
综上所述，是38大还是63.4大？这不难作出判断，而且某朝的存量债务利息估计4到5厘之间，而美国的可能在2.5厘左右。如果把利息因素考虑进去：某朝的债务压力高于老美一倍以上！
